Sacca Parami- The knowledge in arts, science and philosophy.
- The skill in all theories and practices for the welfare of all beings.
- Great wisdom and the ability to analyze between cause and effect.
Panna Parami- The performance of one’s intended task with firm and unshakable determination, no matter what difficulties and obstructions one encounters.
Adhitthana Parami- One should neither be elated when meeting with pleasant objects/situations nor be upset or angry when encountering unpleasant object/situations.
- Patience can bring the most peaceful victory.
Khanti Parami- To strive diligently to accomplish goal.
Viriya Parami- To maintain a neutral attitude towards pleasant and unpleasant objects and people without bias towards either of them.
Upekkha Parami- To develop friendliness, accomodativeness and benevolence.
- To bring the well being and happiness of others.
Metta Parami- To do charity for perfection. The charity makes the heart soft and gentle.
Dana Parami- Strive to free oneself from pain and suffering.
- Strive to free oneself from desire.
Nekkhamma Parami- To maintain bodily actions and verbal actions properly. Morality serves as the foundation for the development of all meritorious deeds.
